1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Build Don't Beg services, software deployments, and digital architectures, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access our services.

2. Description of Service

Build Don't Beg delivers proprietary authority systems, marketing architectures, and business consulting designed to establish market dominance and harvest revenue. Our services include:

• BDB Playbook architecture and implementation
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and structured search positioning
• Custom CRM Builds, automation workflows, and AI voice agents
• Executive advisory, talent acquisition architectures, and consulting

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, verified corporate information
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of your API keys and administrative credentials
• Use our architectures in full compliance with telecommunications and privacy regulations
• Never deploy our tools for abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited transmission activities
• Remit all agreed retainers and implementation fees in accordance with your Statement of Work

4. Commercial Payment Terms

Payment for systems setup and ongoing operational infrastructure is due according to the schedule specified in your service agreement. Delinquent accounts may experience automated service pauses or integration throttling.

Refund Policy

Bespoke technical implementations, data migrations, software licenses, and executive strategy allocations are non-refundable once engineering or onboarding has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All proprietary frameworks, including the BDB 9-Word Conversational Protocol, the BDB 14-Day Dormant CRM Harvest Engine, custom codebases, and system templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of Build Don't Beg LLC. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to operate these systems for their internal business operations during active engagement.

6. Service Availability & SLAs

We maintain high availability standards across our hosted architectures but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime resulting from upstream API providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Twilio, or GoHighLevel). Maintenance windows are communicated in advance.

7. Performance & Revenue Outcomes

While our systems leverage rigorously tested protocols, marketing performance and commercial growth depend on market variables, fulfillment execution, and sales closing rates. We commit to engineering excellence and compliance with stated deliverables rather than hypothetical revenue guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Build Don't Beg LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Build Don't Beg LLC and its officers against any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from your operational use of customer data or breach of these terms.

10. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate month-to-month advisory services according to the notice window defined in your contract. Upon termination, outstanding invoices must be settled immediately prior to asset handover.

11. Privacy Policy

Our collection and treatment of data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
